    Q-1) How to place an order?
    Ans:You need to be a member for placing an order. You can login with Facebook as well. Either register and login before ordering or you will be prompted to register while placing order. It is a onetimestep.

    Q-2) What are the mode of payment accepted?

    Ans: We accept payment through various modes. You may use any of the below mentioned mode
    a) Net banking
    b) Debit/Credit Card
    c) UPI (BHIM App or any other UPI App)
    d) Paytm
    e) NEFT/RTGS
    Cash-on-delivery is not available.

    Q-3) Can I purchase products on EMI?
    Ans:EMI option is currently not available.

    Ans: You may reach us through phone, email or enquiry form given on contact us page.

    Q-5) Are all products genuine?
    Ans: Yes, All products listed on our website are 100 % genuine.

    Q-6) How can I order out of stock product?
    Ans:Unfortunately,you cannot place an order “Out of stock” products online. However, You can request for notification.

    Q-7) Can I place bulk order of a product?
    Ans: Please contact us.

    Q-8) What are your refund/replacement policy?
    Ans:In case you have received a defective product, you may request for replacement of the product within 7 days from the date of delivery. Replacement shall be dispatched after the receipt of the defective product.

    Q-9) How can I request for replacement of the defective product?
    Ans:You may contact us either through phone or email.

    Q-10) What if replacement item is out of stock now?
    Ans. In case the product is out of stock, we will initiate refund.

    Q-11) What are the warranty terms?
    Ans. Manufacturer Warranty is available on all products. Terms can vary significantly from different brand to brand. When availing Warranty, the customersshould deal directly with the manufacturer, or the manufacturer’s service center.

    Q-12) What is the estimated delivery time?
    Ans. Estimated delivery time is 7-10 Business Days depending upon availability and location.Business days exclude public holidays, Saturday and Sundays.

    Ans. The delivery charges are already included.

    Ans. There are no hidden charges. List price is final and all inclusive.

    Ans. Products sold are delivered through reputed courier partners. Customer will be provided a Tracking ID is shared by the respective courier service.

    Q-16) How can I change delivery address after I placed an order?
    Ans: Contact us for changing the delivery address anytime before order is packed and ready for dispatched.

    Q-17) Can I opt for in-transit insurance and what are the charges?
    Ans: In-transit insurance is available with the products shipped via Fedex (Provided delivery area is covered by Fedex). Additional 3% will be charged for the same.

    Q-19) Amount was deducted from my bank account, but order was not placed. What should I do?
    Ans: Amount will be reversedto your account within 2 or 3 working days. If not, then please contact us over telephone or email.

    Q-20) How can I cancel my order?
    Ans: Order can be canceled any time before product is packed and ready for shipment. To cancel the order, please contact us with the order number.

    Q-21) Can I cancel part of my order?
    ` Ans: Yes, if you placed an order with many items, you can cancel delivery for each of them. But if it is part of a combo or clubbed with another item, the entire set/combo will be cancelled.
